Andy serves as an Associate Attorney at Holmes Law, where his practice is dedicated to evictions, debt collection, and proactive liability mitigation. Since joining the firm in February 2026, he has focused on providing high-level representation to Kansas landlords and business owners. Before moving to Holmes Law, Andy spent over five and a half years at DeVaughn James, where he developed a deep foundation in complex litigation and personally helped over 500 clients successfully resolve and close their cases.

While Andy is recognized for his ability to reach efficient and favorable resolutions for his clients, he is a seasoned advocate with courtroom experience. He has navigated the Kansas court system through numerous judicial hearings and served as Second Chair in jury trial litigation, giving him the unique ability to bridge the gap between strategic negotiation and formal trial advocacy.

Andy’s extensive background in negligence law provides him with a "360-degree" perspective on how liability is established and contested. Having managed a diverse portfolio of cases—ranging from catastrophic injury and wrongful death to complex trucking and commercial vehicle accidents—he possesses an intimate understanding of the vulnerabilities that lead to litigation.

In addition to his litigation work, Andy offers Liability Mitigation Consulting to help clients identify and address operational risks before they escalate. By leveraging his years of experience resolving negligence claims, he helps property owners and businesses implement preventative strategies to reduce their exposure and protect their long-term interests.
